I've not received any email from Payza regarding withdrawal (except the 'delay' one's)

i was talking about first witdrawl like this: We have received notice of your withdrawal request. However, there may be an additional delay of up to 7 business days to process your transaction. All first withdrawals require additional checks due to internal and external regulations.
