Got it today. Thanks. I guess I should have read the FAQ that it can take 3 weeks to receive a check.

Most of the time we see it take 2 week, it can however take up to three weeks.

Looks like these are still in progress. If the other party doesn't reply within 7 days, the dispute will get escalated and our resolution specialists will handle the transactions. We'll strive towards a positive resolution.

Cancelling the bank transfer (loosing on the conversion rates) and then going for a bank wire, how well will that work?

Bank transfer is not an option in the US nor is the debit card. It's either check or check.
