I feel france for 2 reasons

Servers in France have almost 40% Less Cost than Netherlands so FR RDP is cheap
France have good bandwidth like barely you will feel 2-5 MB/s Speed Drop (Even Rise Depending on server location). So unless ur a 1337 Uploader who posts releases 30secs after pre.

Also no-one can beat FR for p2p location as seedbox

FR would be perfect
