With the proper court orders:

The file host will hand in your (fake) IP address and payment info --> paypal/webmoney/etc will hand in your (fake) IP address and personal info --> your proxy provider will hand in your real IP address --> your ISP will hand in your location and actual info
Heck how the hell are you gonna cash in the money in your paypal account? Make a bank account with fake info and withdraw the money in that account? What are you gonna do about the cameras in the bank which capture everyone's movement 24/7?

The one and only reason nobody is coming after us, as Jesse mentioned, is because we're the small fish and we're not important enough for the authorities to come after us; if they wanted to, no matter how many different proxies and how much fake info we use, they'll easily find us.
