if your weekly payment is less than $100 they will make payment. if it is more than $100 then may pay you 50% or block your account (could be scam as you told)

If you want a serious one you can try the old hosts like filefactory,bitshare,depostifiles,megashares,turbo bit,netload... and stay away from sites with XfileSharing Pro script because no one is professional and serious, they are not stable

Netload doesn't have PPD. Freakshare seems to be from the same owner as BitShare but I think the latter is a lot better.
