Which country is the safest to host warez linking site ??

I own a website based on PC games. The hosting account contains only html files and these files contains links to the games uploaded on other file-sharing sites.
Now i want to know which country is the safest to host such website ??
I heard about Netherlands a lot, but just want to confirm from all of you, is hosting in Netherlands safe or not ??
Also i have heard of Romania, Sweden and Russia. Can someone recommend me some good webhosting site which is hosting their user's site in these countries.
And again will my site be safe, if i host my website in these countries ??

NOTE: I own a small website on PC games having alexa rank of about 400,000.

People think germany is safe but it isnt. Best one is NL also Russia. You can traceroute importat warez websites and know where are hosted.
