There can't go anything wrong if you simply follow the DMCA Requests, no matter what your registrar is.

sexybabess.infoNate works with Namecheap if you run a porn warez site switch your domain to a offshore domain register. If you run a forum just ban his ip goto his site & scan for ips the one you see most will be his & ban it. I have already banned this fools ip after I got one DMCA from him

djbeatz.eu aipdaily.com mydjprofile.eu snackinfo.be@Zeokat, don't listen to all these guys and /or Girls here, who just shout a bunch of things, i read here the stranges things. In this thread also.
If you got a DMCA notice, it doesn't mind from who it is, the best thing to do is comply with it. Remove the discussed content send them a notification that you have removed it, and in most cases 99.999% it is solved by that. Namecheap is happy, you removed the content the copyright holder can be happy and it is minimal losses to you.
I also read on this forum not only in this thread a lot about offshore hosters, mainly presenting hosting in Holland, Germany, France, saying No DMCA followed, which is so much crap. Each of these countries have their own DMCA like laws. Also a country like Germany has a law that says that you must have proper age verification systems in place. And every one of the hosting companies will in the end be like you have to comply or will just block your server.
Don't let yourself fool you. Use your own common sense. I will probably get a lot of remarks for my comment and peopel saying that i am wrong i really do not care. I do internet business for over 15 years, had my portion of DMCA (even in the ecatel network) and still do warez and porn sharing and still make a good buck from it.

Don't worry too much about it since its just a warning, only worry if you kept the content up there.
If anything you'll just get a warning from namecheap and your hosting provider.
No big deal, just try to avoid it in the future
