I think that it doesn't matter. If they want to catch you, they will. No matter if it's .org or .me.

.me looks safer for me than .org(anisation) btw. But I might be totally wrong.

The TLD doesn't matter, just the registrar.

I'd recommend internet.bs to register your domains since they are offshore.

org has a more offical vibe because of the org"-anization"

.org for SEO i guess you dont find a lot of .me sites while u google
