Tekilaz.com its in spanish because is oriented for the users in Latin America and Spain, but all the videos are in english with subtitles and in DVD-HD quality

I like the main style
but i not like the header and logo also footer style
meybe good you do modify that location

A good idea is to give option for users to choose the english version. Secondly, if possible, try to make the video streaming done without downloading any additional plugins.
