you are bumping their server and they ban you. Upload less files.
I can upload with 3 files at the same time.

I can see my files uploaded in February ??? I think they slowly recover their backups.

^ If you're using a shared server, you're hard to upload files to RG.
They or their DC block IP addresses which can establish high speed connections (15 MB/s or higher).
Each 10 GB upload traffic can make your IP get banned 3 ~ 5 hours.

I have a dedicated IP so I can still upload something.
