Problem with WebTHosting.com

I just opened account with webthosting.com

My problem is that the support provide me with a link

http://domains.webthosting.com/login.php?action=signup

that link gives me: 404 error not found

Could you please Check if that link is really working?.. Because they Told me this link is working..

I just wanna know the problem here is from the link or my internet connection....
