Filehost for Free Users

Hey guys

I'm building a 3DS & NDS Rom forum and I'm currently looking at which Filehosts to use. Now for NDS Roms and some smaller 3DS Roms I'm going to use Mediafire as I'm not looking to make money, but I'm stuck on choosing a Filehost that is good for free users to download the bigger 3DS Roms as I don't want to adding 10-15 parts to download the rom from Mediafire.

Is there any Filehosts currently available that can be compared to Mediafire based on speed for the free user? There are so many Filehosts popping up that I lose track on what's good and what isn't.

Don't spam this thread with Filehosts that pay, I'm not looking for that just Filehosts that are good for the free user, that's the bottom line.

Rapidshare??? Are the speeds still good for free users? Any wait times?

rapidshare caps free user to 30kb/s
ifile.it does not cap the speed at all for free users but they have captcha

I won't be using Ifile.it this won't work >> 3 days after last download for files larger than 600MB.

ifile cap download speeds for free users now, and there's a 1 download connection limit.
