It is a contest for most beautiful kid of spring, there's some small rewards for most voted image, like shopping vouchers, toys, closets, kids cosmetics, kids stuff mostly.

No one pushes you to vote, it's a free will gesture.
This is contest based on votes, no on kids desire to win. So, what it involves, is asking friends to vote. If only parents are gonna vote, who would win?
However, saying it's a cheating, who's cheating with 50 and some votes, while someone has 300+ ?
It would be cheating if I ordered 1000 facebook votes here from someone for 3$, which I could do, and provide her a sure win.
Asking friends here for help, on KWWH, certainly isn't cheating.
Rapidshare account is there for this reason: if she wins, I am making a party, and making a giveaway here, with all participants that were involved, inviting them to party. One of them, will get 2 years rapidshare account. It's like celebration party.
