    Good Evening,

We didn't edit our TOS, it is there from first. but you didn't read it and blindly accepted while ordering.

If you need, you can ask other customers of Remote-RDP.

IMO customer must read TOS before sign up.

Lets be honest here shall we.

Exactly how many of you bother to read the TOS anyway ? I know im guilty of just hitting the check box that say's I agree and have read them.

And as mentioned above I don't see how a 3rd party, can influence a sites refund/TOS policy

To be fair to KWWH the Mod's/Admins do a lot more than most on other forums to make sure the end user gets a fair deal.

The moral of the story is do your own "Due Diligence", ask questions, and if possible ask other users for their opinion.

That's my 2 pence worth on this topic anyway

    Cheers
    RR

Mentioning the Refund Policy is fine but sometimes customers should have sense when they see 24 hour refund policy and they start asking for a refund after 3-4 days. What do you do then ? What's the use of mentioning refund policy ?

If you say to such customers we will not refund they will start a complete BS around in the forum saying all crap about a service. Isn't that true ? For me mentioning and not mentioning is not a problem as long as customers act properly in some situations.
