WP No-External Plugins and Server Down (Please Help)

Hi Guys, .............

since 3 days all my sites on shared hosts works fine
for almost 4months without any problem

and i made topic in "Webmaster Discussion"
about how to completely hide my links with adf.ly

so i hired some programmer to made this with API Tool
and it works perfect exactly like i need with "WP No-External Plugin"
then i apply to all my sites on shared hosts and the hell is open

first 508 Resource Limit Error eating all sever resource
then i moved to VPS (bought 2 VPS)
works fine for just 1hr and all VPS Resources are gone 90%

so i opened a topic again in "Server Management Help"

But nothing can Resolved it at all
and i Doubt in last thing that i edit it (WP No-External Plugin)
i Removed it from all sites and finally the sites works so fast
and all resources went down 30%-40%

So, if there anyone can help me to hide all links with adf.ly
without eat VPS resources please tell me
