I need help in Wordpress

Hello everyone, I need help or a guide for advanced custom fields plugin for (Wordpress).
I want to create custom fields, in adding news, instead of having the full paragraph text area, I want users or visitors to be able to add news or submit news into the site, which they'll have to fill in the required fields only! I'm currently testing this on my personal computer "localhost" so I don't have anything live yet. Could someone tell me or teach me how to do that or at least direct me to something of what I'm looking for, I have the plugin, but I have no idea how to use it. Sorry I'm a newbie.

Look for a plugin which allows guest posts, expect tasty spam though.

Apathetic, do you know any of a plugin that would allow registered users to submit content into specific text area?
