i have tried to call them but no one is responding i have tried 5 times on every location (UK.USA.CANADA)

Malware bytes
Keyscrambler
and maybe sandbox, just sand box before you install to see if it's safe

and Reinstall your window and install Antivirus.

No, He is most probably keylogged & thats how his accs are hacked & pin is also available with hacker
