All Move Files to folder with same name on linux?

I have 500+ files, I want move my files each folder the same name,

For example:

My files
12292.avi
382039.mkv
3239.mp4
24290.iso
29383.rar
.
.
.

Now I want move my files to the same name folder like that

12292/12292.avi
382039/ 382039.mkv
3239/ 3239.mp4
24290/24290.iso
29383/29383.rar
.
.

I found something on google but for windows batch code. I need SSh or php script for this,

Can you help me?

this is a windows version try searching for linux version based of how they used keywords for it

I search on google and look this and other windows version. But not found for linux and not work win version on wine.
