Does KWWH block US IP?

Actually i tried logging on via my phone and I actually could not load the site at all.

I gave me a 504 message.

So there is definitely something up.

This site is using a hacked database of W junction

i think there is a DNS problem with KWWH
tried to check it with hosttracker and it shows KWWH is not available for most locations
