Does KWWH block US IP?

I can't believe that in 3 pages worth of replies, nobody has run a traceroute. It could just be a routing issue.

It's not a routing issue. I can access KWWH from my PC but not from my android phone using the same wifi network. I also can't connect through tapatalk.

I'm having the same problem can't connect to KWWHunction using my isp. But with modern technology no problem. Contacted the administrator and a mod, still no solution.

It really makes me wonder why have a forum and block people from the U.S. I was asked by the administrator what do I see when trying to connect here. Duh... I don't see nothing of course you already knew that as others are coming forward. At least now I know it's not only me. There's Digital Point they accept everyone and they don't have lame thread rules.

There not blocking the ip, it must be some other problem.
Don't you think blocking usa is a stupid idea?
No site would do that without a proper reason.

If they're not blocking the ip then what's causing this problem with US members? Yes, blocking US members is stupid but I'm not the administrator of the forum. As for the reason I don't have a clue of why their doing this, only they can answer that. Since this is the only website I can't access I'd say the problem lies with them. I've asked them am I blocked? The reply is "no" and no solution is offered by them. I thought it was just me and now I can see I'm not alone here, there are others.
