i use a usa vpn at work and my ip is blocked i can't acess it thus i can't be active on KWWH,i guess for me this is something not worth it blocking vpn ip etc or proxy.

If it was all US IPs there are a bunch of us that would not be here.

Maybe you should stop accessing KWWH on your RDP, VPNs. etc.

There have a problem i think, the topic maker is correct.

Problem not only limited to US, happen with me also, given Timeout errors, some time can;t open, and if login so it take much time to loading any topic.

Admin should check the issue why this happen ?

Actually, it happens to me, too.
The only place KWWH loads for me is at home.
