[Wordpress]How to go to page 2 in Default Permalink Settings?

Hello,

I want to go page 2/3/4 on a wordpress site in Default Permalink Setting. As normal, we can go to next pages by adding page/2 (page/3) to url of a site but if that site come with Default Permalink Setting (http://domain/?p=123) how can we do that?

No. I want to grab posts from other site which uses Default Permanent Setting

But if a site's link is like http://domain/?p=123 this way, it doesn't look like has Permalink.
Or just use the plugin WP-PageNavi ?
