yes agree with that but some dcma is very serious they also take action such type host where is content is hosted

Well , there is no big deal in hosting a warez site . DMCA also can get ignored to some extent , but not fully as when the legal queries comes then all hosts have to take their step back .

Anyways only for the warez linking sites i don't see any harm as well .

Now dmca SO Tired takedown warez site becouse many warez site hosted out from their authority
dmca change their strategy with report to the search engine and social network for removed the content ex: like google and twitter

yes now they direct contact with search engine like google or bing or other to remove that search result of there search engine because if that contact not index in search than no body find it out and also they contact direct with file host provider to remove that contents from there hosting
