my site got bad rating and the worst part is theres very little i can do to reduce size of my frontpage...

Lot's more people now have iphones, PDS's and other mobile devices that they can surf on. Did a basic google and the results I'm getting for my sites aren't good. Has anyone optomized their site for mobile devices. I'd like to see an example and if it's worth the effort.
