You probably heard of that event, when Rockefeller Foundation, with UN, W.H.O., and World Bank, made vaccine for spontanious abortion, and tested it in Africa, and some other countries, where they illegaly tried to reduce population.... It'd crash too often and would have a bug where it would increase population instead.
