I still use win xp because my computer is too old to run win 7

I heard Linux is very good, they are no viruses for Linux etc.. + Linux is opensource.. Also, I'll be more protected against the hackers and being keylogged.; Is it true? Am I thinking correctly? And if I go for linux, what type should I use? Ubuntu,Fedora,OpenSuse,..? Rating: 5
