I don't want to look unpopular but..
They say that piracy is killing the adult market and if it won't be stopped soon there won't be people willing to produce xxx stuff anymore.
So if this is true, I assume that they shouldn't prosecute anymore people uploading child porn as if what I wrote above is true, CP uploaders are killing the CP stuff producers business. So how comes that when it's about legal stuff piracy is killing the market and when it's about illegal stuff piracy is incentivating people to produce more?

To be fair to Paypal, they have millions of customers and hundreds of thousands of merchants. They do fairly well all things considered.
WOW!
He's, essentially, giving Paypal a free pass on the same things that he's condemning filelockers for! (You know, filelockers not being able to sift through the numerous files, one by one, that are uploaded DAILY! Same thing here, except its Paypal not being able to sift through the numerous transactions, one by one, that they receive daily.)
Talk about big time, major league, bullshit.

Piracy sharing porn for a profit isn't going to last long if no one can process payments.
Also it doesn't matter that it's AK putting it up, which he's not because cp has been available for years on file lockers. It's the words that are there and the perception that will have all the payment processors worried. Then you have the US using this to pass laws to close filelockers.
It's easy to ban words and ban any file that is link from a porn piracy forum.
We all know what this is about, profit. Remove that and the filelockers die. Megaupload was paying millions a month for servers. No money = no servers. This guy has found our Achilles Heel. And we do nothing but moan, we need to be protecting ourselves.

TOS and dead in the water.
Engaging in a moral crusade against the filehosts, given that they are already following the laws that they are legally required to follow, is stupid. If they want to do something, work to change the laws. Thats, really, the only real solution.

Yes file lockers should take him to court to protect their rights to distribute cp.
Good point, but the thing wrong with this guy is, he thinks just because he's found some links with curious names(gross ones at that). He has authority to take sites offline? Starting with their funding?
Tube sites are full of illegal porn. So what they advertise there is tubes don't delete illegal files?

Any files that will get DMCA will be removed.

If you can get the processing sorted out, that's fine. Of course processing sites have things like rules they need you to agree to and a contract they need you to sign. I'll bet money FM signed one and then ignored it. It's likely to include not having certain words on the site or content that is in certain categories. It will also say they can pull the plug when ever they like. And might even say they can keep your funds for 6 months. The funniest post in this thread was when FM sent an email to PP saying they couldn't block cp or any other illegal content.
If you're uploading to your own Tube, you are breaking the law and will get hit by it. If you have cp on the site, expect a visit from the police. If you want processing you'll find it tough. Also an expensive business running a tube, do you know how expensive?
Some of the posters here are funny. They obviously have no experience running a business or maybe doing any kind of job yet. The guy in the bank who was going to tell Visa.
I was in business and employed people so know how the world works. Was hit by a car, now an invalid and work from home. I don't want my income screwed up by the idiots who run file lockers. Get porn off your sites or this AK will roll over you and everyone else associated with you. The posts here show how ineffective you are at stopping him.
