So far no one has an answer to him. He's found the weak link in the chain and broken it. Moving processor is a waste of time, unless they can find one that will turn a complete blind eye to the risks they run by processing for sites with cp on them or links that look like cp. Or a few other porn subjects. Researching this I've seen the problem. Visa hear the bad news and pulls the bank, handling the processor, ability to do business with the processor. In fact it can cut off the bank and the processor. This has happened already with processors doing business with sites doing things Visa doesn't like.

No just certain types of porn. CP is a complete no go. Then there are things they are very wary of. All the rules of the processor are in the TOS. Anyone who has ever signed a contract will understand what this means. I did the ground work when this first blew up and saw the problems legal porn sites have. Processors getting their ability to do business with Visa, pulled out from under them isn't unknown.
