These sites are full of that stuff and they see it. It has already been sent to the FBI who has in turn contacted Visa and Master Card, who in turn has put their foot up Paypal's ass to start looking into accounts.

None of that matters. All that matters is there are confirmed incidents of CP and beast porn on select file sharing sites.

Take your story and tell it to the FBI and the banks that run the entire processing show. I'm sure they would love to hear what you have to say right about now, in the middle of huge investigations across several sites.

The time for debate is over. The illegal content was given to the proper authorities and you're just now seeing the top of the iceberg. The FBI, Visa, Master Card, and Paypal would not be bothering with any of this IF the links in question did not contain real CP. Ever stop to think about that? Paypal wouldn't suspend an account unless there was a real reason, and they can't legally open CP links without law enforcement and legal teams there to do it.

We, sadly, can't prevent CP from being made or transfered. Its going to be made, and passed around, no matter what we do. All that we can really do is take down the people making or collection it as we find them. Sad but true.

People find ways to get what they want. It just depends on how much they want something, that is what determines how far they will go. Taking down filehosts will make it harder for them to obtain their desired material, but not impossible.

A judge once said "I'd rather let 99 criminals go, instead of convicting 1 innocent man'. (Can't remember exactly, but this is basically it.) Should filehosts be taken down, its going to be the opposite. Your going to fuck over 99 innocent people, to take down 1 criminal.
