    a reseller on OVH
    he PM'd me

and yes I know OVH Don't offer unlimited on 10TB
I had assumed he just got a big bunch of bandwidth and expected id never use it all
but he just had me connect to him in teem-viewer and showed me his account setup with OVH
and it is marked as unlimited
he said he has a "relatiomship" with them and it's not avalible for most resellers
and asked me not to use his name

all I can say is im loving the speed
and more-so the freedom to use it as much as I like

It may be showing as unlimited on the OVH panel. But if you abuse the B/W with lots of UP/Down OVH will find out that and screw your reseller with a very big B/W overage billing ( more chances if he is using server from OVH France Division)

Not sure if you're naive to believe that or your reseller is naive; or if he's bullshitting you so you actually pay him the money you are paying him.

But yeah, watch out for a nice bandwidth bill if you're gonna hit anything above 40TB in a given month. If not you, he sure will get that bill.

OVH, by default, marks everyone as 'unlimited'. It's the fine print that matters.

that hapened to my last host
    just the other day infact

I joined more then a month ago
was told it was 100MBPS unlimated
but it was actually a 1GBPS port
I told him many times I was getting a lot more then 100MBPS
but he never said anything in responce to that part of my emails (must have traded 50 emails)
but he never addressed the bandwidth
well a few days ago he got a $270 bill from them for overiges

I dono what DC he was with though
and that was really more of a mistake on there end then his

this new guy said he has a relationship
and he knows all about what happened to the other guy
all I can do is hope he is right and can handle the bandwidth
at the moment im vary much enjoying myself

    that's scarry
hmm I was reading somewhere the other day (looked at SO MANY)
they call it unlimited but if you use more then the paid for bandwidth then they slow you down to 10MBPS
so that would not be getting a surprise bill
though it would really piss me off

but that may not have even been OVH
and come to think of it I can't even read there site hehehe
so unless it was someone else talking about them
    O I dono
    having fun for now anyway

Well yeah, no one really has a 'relationship' with OVH where they can get unlimited bandwidth on a 10GBit port. More so considering they already price their bandwidth quite cheap at 1 euro/tb. They won't go any cheaper unless you're a very large customer. And this reseller, I doubt, is a 'large' customer (by large, I mean very large).

well as you say "1 euro/tb" is vary cheap
I couldn't aford to help that other guy out $270
but id have to use a hell of a lot to get vary high in overiges at "1 euro/tb"
but he seems pretty sure he is safe
