but it looks like frozen stats not like some time for update, so if downloads stats are frozen is it possible that sales too.
I don't wanna make conspiracy theory, but you can set this sale manually, koz the question is ... if sales are counted correctly why downloads not, or if downloads are not counted correctly what's with sales ?

but i tried download myself and it's still 0, I'm sure that I don't one say "a lot" but some people downloaded my files too it doesn't counted

Yes you are right, there seems to be a problem only with big files since small files get counted just fine.
We are currently looking at this issue!

We have fixed the issue, there were some misconfiguration because of the new changes, please try now and inform us!

I don't think so, is that connected with changes, if you mean about download size for free user, koz that same problem is/was with 400 mb file

I just tried with a 14.3 MB file and after half an hour of downloading it the download count is still at 0. The file ID is kn9rl9XXL4iCtSD

and some users are saying that registration is necessary to download sth.
2 persons said me that, so maybe it's only for some countries or they was on high?
P.S I'm almost sure ... stats are frozen and not only for downloads, but for sales too

I know I know you wanna good for everybody, but, if download are not counted how can we be sure that sales are counted correctly?
