Webmin with Usermin is pretty easy and small.

I go with Kloxo ( LXAdmin ) is verry easy to use like Cpanel

or if you looking for a cheap paid solution you can go with Directadmin is verry profesional and cost only 5$ from VPS/Dedi Providers

Well both Webmin and Kloxo are good alternatives to paid panels.

If you're used to cPanel then i'd go with Kloxo.

Fairly easy to install and configure too.

you may also try EHCP_ its FREE and good combination with ngnix. php fhm - ehcp.net

i have used it from a hosting service. but i like cpanel

use Kloxo if you want free, it is pretty good and easy, and has more features then other free cps
