What are your best methods of communication with your staff on blogs/forums ?

I use private skype group for staff discussion. IRC works good also.

I don't know if this topic has been discussed before (if it has then i'm sorry & mods can delete this) Otherwise, I carry on. We all have our own blogs or forums with your own staff helping you keep site updated & such, etc. Let's say you're an admin & you had a team of staff from different parts of the world. This causes timezone problems (ofcourse we know that). Back in the day i used to use MSN Messenger & had group chats etc, and ofcourse IRC was there. Seems like those Rating: 5

Emailing is the best method as most of your staff will be using andriod and apple and will get your email right into their portables so your message will be delivered faster. rather then staff coming and checking the staff section.
