This is why i clearly mentioned that "I'm talking about legitimate point of view" and from file host point of view, i have no objection even though I've lost more than 1600+$ from Extabit but still I'm not one of those 'cash-whores' who are shouting becuase i know that money didn't belong to me ACTUALLY!.

They can and they will, there are lots of examples if you search around. If the send/receive pattern of your account changes dramatically, they'll limit your account and question you because they don't know what business you run, they don't have the time and manpower to check all of the millions of users they have, you know. I bet this is exactly why axl's account has been limited but getting out of this when the person doesn't have a legal business is not gonna be easy, if at all possible.

Not really, all file hosts' business model is based on making money from copyrighted material, some share a part of that money with their affiliates, some don't; this doesn't make any of the groups superior to the other or their business more/less legal.
This matter is a pretty clear example of Paypal's double-standard policy and nothing more but they run the business and make the rules and there is nothing we can do about it.

well, let me tell you something...
last year (2 years when fileserve start their business) I got a phone call from Paypal staff
they (paypal staff) asking me how do I got a lot of money every weeks in my paypal account
so I tell him its my earning from uploading files
but untill now my paypal account still active
I still can sending and receiving money in my paypal account
so its mean even they know that your money are from ilegal thing they wont limiting your account
its better for them to limiting the sender (file host)
as it will slow down the money making from piracy
180 days is a long enough to make the filehost to be broke as they put almost all the money in paypal account

so I think bank transfer is still save

That word ACTUALLY! refers to this ====>>>>>I meant i didn't invest that 1600$ from my own pocket. I just worked hard. I spent my days and night on it and i earned from Extabit. I didn't sleep enough last whole month (most probably 5-6 hours sleep a day) because i wanted to earn more so that i would earned maximum amount and would achieved that goal which was in my mind.

    Is that clear now?

I didn't use that "term", MiSiON. It was being used by "WDF" in the whole thread. This is why i quoted it in my reply. You should understood the way i typed it. Looks like you are not familiar with "Quoted Things"
