Hi All Filehost Affiliates/Filehosts, I haven't made alot of posts (I usually just prefer lurking for the answers I am after :))), but I thought it was important to post this thread! As most of you are aware (Or not), there has been a surge in recent days, of Filehosts been blocked from making PayPal transactions...Some are even blocked indefinately. It is my opinion (Which i'd gamble my mortgage on if I had one), that this is just another measure taken by TPTB (You know the Rating: 5

XmasPresent4Me.comMost people use PP to buy things online, no PP low sales
PP is a business that makes much more money servicing legitimate business like EBay which owns PP, do you think they will risk 100s of millions of dollars so cash-whore uploaders can get paid?
If they do not get sued they will get it back........in 6 months or so
I knew it was coming, seen it happen in other niche's that were less then legit.
If you all had done that to begin with instead of doing ppd there would not be that big of a problem now, but everyone uploading these days only cares about earnings.
Well they have the right to do that, it is in their ToS, and your activity was questionable.

No they didn't because his only activity was to receive money from Netload and if Netload's activities are questionable, they shouldn't have approved Netload's paypal account in the first place.
@axl, did you receive a big payment or sth? Can you keep us updated on this matter? This is really getting out of hand.

You need to read their ToS, everyone that get's a PP account has to agree to it. That alone gives them the right to suspend or terminate your account at their discretion for any reason they deem appropriate.
Netload is not doing anything illegal in operating their business, but those of you that upload copyright protected files that you do not own the rights to is. It is probably also a violation of Netloads ToS, whether they enforce it or not is not the issue.
What good is an alternate method to pay you if the host ends up on all CC and financial services providers blacklist and they can not receive money.

Paypal having proof that an uploader is uploading copyrighted material is one thing (not sure since when they have become part of MPAA/RIAA/etc), limiting people's accounts because they wanted to is another. They can limit people's accounts because of the latter because it is in their TOS but the former is impossible because they can't possibly have proof for such thing.

You are obviously a boob! They do not need proof to suspend or terminate your account, it is at their discretion. Again read their ToS and this time try and comprehend what you are reading.
It is the golden rule, They have the Gold and They make the Rules. Any argument you can suggest will be meet with the same result, they make the rules for their service not you.
If you do not like it do not use it.
Keep in mind though that the CC companies are the 1s being pressured by Gov't, the courts and the real money clients like Sony. For PP to operate as a whole they need the CC companies who are pressuring PP to not process for the filehosts. Any processor that has a merchant account to accept CC payments will eventually have to follow the same guidelines or they will loose the ability to accept CCs entirely.
Again no one is going to risk their business so you can profit for questionable activity.
