Hello, yesterday i bought Romania server 1Gbps from Limehost.ro
i really disappointed with thier server, look the speed
sometime im having problem when im connected via putty, always slow respon and dc, i need to close and login again and again. Also network quality is not the best. you will get slow speed to the peak times. but prices are for international romania traffic good.

RapidTechHosting.ComYes, you should ask for a refund if you are not getting what you should. Before asking for a refund you should ask for support and tell them what the problem is and if they can sort it out then its fine if not then go on and ask for a refund.

if u clearly read there toss they have mention 250mbps in evening and 1gbps in morning . so nothing wrong i think
if u ask for refund they can't give u because they say upgrade to 1gbps dedi port for 500 euro 's
my personal experience
good luck bare the loss now , its better to take advice before buying any thing in virtual world
