Good, because nobody was trying to "fool you". The bottom line is your theft business model is pathetic, and the hammer is going to drop on you. Until you change your business model to something that doesn't completely f**k the people you're stealing from, you're going to continue to find yourself facing a heap of legal consequences. Speaking of "incentive", you think the incentive to shut down illegal distribution and bring back legitimate profits doesn't have any merit? You seem to think that because YOU make money stealing other people's content and selling it to Squillion, Pigsonic, Rapidshare, etc. that's the only incentive that should hold any weight?

Yeah, sure. Like I'm going to let you commit robbery, and sit and listen to the s**t you talk when I try to stop you.

Nobody cares how immoral you think the adult industry is, or how immoral Hollywood is, or how immoral Microsoft is. In fact, nobody gives a rip what you think unless you actually created the content yourself.

"Fair use"? "Safe harbor"? Go brush up on your laws, because when there's willful infringement... you're the one with the target on your back. Go back to law school... You obviously flunked out on the most basic intro classes.

Oh yeah, and the whole "it won't stop, so you shouldn't do anything to try" argument is pretty funny.

Auto Industry: You shouldn't install seatbelts because PEOPLE will still DIE! You shouldn't install air bags... people will still die!

Parachutes: You shouldn't use a parachute when jumping from an airplane, because people will still die!

Police: You shouldn't investigate crime, because people will still commit crime!

Love reading this stuff... it never gets old.

But no, they're not real CP and these people's motive isn't protecting children either.

Edit: Didn't this idiot post the exact same crap right here once before?
So you're telling us that the file lockers are making changes like this to their terms of service... over falsely named files meant to fake people out? And you know this how, exactly?

You might want to inform the file lockers and their processors that what resides on their server actually isn't illegal content, because the way they're being brought down... it sounds like it all might be just a mistake. It would be a sad, sad day for such law-abiding businesses to bite the dust over something silly like profiting from c*** exploitation. Safe harbor, right?

You should write a book on proper takedown procedure etiquette. You sound like such a wealth of knowledge... Are you an attorney?

are you guys really that big of attention whores you need to troll here? You're doing your jobs I applaud your effort, but posting what you guys are posting here, and on GFY with your celebratory childish posts will do nothing to further your movement. I mean what sites have been shutdown as a result of all your works?

Just want to know 1. Thanks.

i see you guys don't want to see the new reality.
thing's won't any longer be the way they used to be. there will be filelockers without warez or filelockers without paypal and cc billing - it's that simple

most of you might not know, that one days spam, cp and other extreme stuff were all over the internet. now it almost doesn't exist. the same thing is happening to filelockers. internet becomes more strict and regulated. i don't like myself many aspects of it, but it is how it is. i have seen it in the past and i see it now.

the best choice for you guys is to find yourself some better ventures, it's plenty of such on the internet. rogue filelockers are dead, like many others rogue businesses became dead over the years.

Seriously do you think that filelockers are your biggest problem? Sorry to tell you but you sound so naive.

It is not of anyone's concern which ones cease to operate. The only issue of concern is that they are no longer capable of billing for illegal and stolen content, and that is quickly happening.

It will be considered a success when uploaders are no longer getting paid to upload, illegal content is no longer being billed for behind the backs of content creators, access to pirated content is no longer being widely disseminated across pirate forums... and affiliates are no longer getting paid to post links to IP infringing content.

This is something we can all get behind, because it will allow our content creation industries to become profitable once again.

But first we need to crack a few skulls. Sorry.

there are plenty of huge hosts who don't have affiliate programs and there are plenty of questionable things hosted there. do you think because you've taken down some payment option for some very small sites who have an affiliate program, people will stop uploading to file lockers?

    Sorry bud. No.

there are plenty of sites which don't have affil programs, and plenty of people who upload not for pay. not everyone in warez is a cashwhore.. (no offense to anyone here). And when the cashwhores aren't getting paid to do it anymore, they'll do it for free like they always have. and make money off cpm, adult friendfinder, and juiccybucks for there forums.

People do it just to do it.

so, you'll have everyone uploading to all the filelockers which don't have affiliate programs. then the big filelockers get free traffic, and most importantly a shitload of free premium conversions and don't have to pay affiliates.
access to pirated content is no longer being widely disseminated across pirate forums... and affiliates are no longer getting paid to post links to IP infringing content.
sorry, this will never happen. This has been happening since bbs days man. You know. when people had to dial a computer to read forums? Where are you from? This is not some place like japan who block out everything on the internet.

Also, are you saying you're efforts are going to set precedents in the filehosting industry? And will overshadow the megaupload situation?

but answer the question, which site have you taken down?

or are you just being a trolling attention whore?
so if you're just here to troll, just GTFO?
