I try this too ... although I think that a good host is seen to be as charged .... and if you pay ...... then everything comes after

The tech guys are working on the servers right now - no eta as yet but shouldn't be too long. If I switch charlie off it means all the files stored on it are unavailable - at the moment there is still a lot of traffic on charlie so it seems a lot of people are still able to access it

At least they've acknowledged the fault and are working on it, instead of pretending nothing is wrong like some other hosts I've worked with.
