Those 'original files deleted' messages - what that is is when the system finds a file link that appears to be ok, but the file it's self has gone or is corrupted for whatever reason. basically as far as I can tell, those files that where 'deleted' where undownloadable (I had a few myself). You have to remember that this is a common problem - it's just that you would not normally ever know about a bad file/link and you would just go on happily thinking they're fine, when they are not. With our new system you at least get told when a file is screwed so you have a chance to do something about it.

i'm uploading files that was on another filehost and i never had 1 problem, so its hard to think that now they become corrupted...

this can't be happening. then you got faulty servers, i didn't had so much files corrupted in just a few days even with filefactory. actually i lose 50 files at filefacotry in time term of a few months

i think that users should decide if the script can try to cleans files or not because i'm 100% sure that it deleted random files!
So tonight i think that i should reupload many many stuff.
Do you think that if i reupload the same files they will be delete again?

thats why we use recovery record with rar archives so they can easily be fixed if corrupted.

remote upload needs fix: i put a link to download and if i leave tab it interrupts...

oh wow, you guys are truly considerate and perhaps the best file sharing site in the planet... no wait.. the best filesharing site that mankind has yet witnessed.

lol. well.. Not quite yet, but we are trying...

Guys we are still having minor problems with this new script. Building this new script took a month and ALOT of time and money I invested into it, and now its going to take a little while to get it 100% accurate..

And to give you an example of some of the problems I get, I have users that say they are making too much money and users that say they are not making enough, and its because of the stats, so honestly I am just baffled, I mean I believe the users, I believe you guys, so I pass this information on to the coder, because honestly I am not a coder, and I rely on him to fix.

Now I wasn't going to mention this , but now I feel it may be necessary for you guy to understand myself and the staff a little bit.

On Tuesday August 7th when we started the new script integration and we had to trasnfer all the data to new sql database tables during this process our coder found over $3000.00 in past money that the old script had some how not added to users accounts, now this was all the way back to April wayyyyyy before I purchased Sharpfile in early July, now we had 2 options, 1. just throw that money away, delete it, heck no one knew but us . or 2. pay it back to the users it belonged too, even though most of that was made before I purchased site and the users had no idea about it, well on Wedesday August 8th. I had to make the highest daily payments I have ever made because I paid back that 3K to users.

Also, it was found in old databases that same night some users had been paid TOO MUCH, so the first things the new script did was put those users accounts in negative to pay back the overage they were paid, BUT we Sharpfile staff decided against that and had those accounts zeroed out,and I took the loss out of my pocket.

Now the only reason I am telling you guys this is because of some of the negative emails I have received of some saying they believe we are cheating them on purpose, and I can guarantee you that is 100% opposite the truth. I can understand how it may seem and look like that because of all the darn problems we had this week with new script. I want you guys to make money because then I make money of course.

Every time you guys report a problem we look at it immediately and then send to coder. We are trying to get this site right.. We appreciate all your patience

I have run many successful legit business's online and we will make Sharpfile one also

i'm uploading files that was on another filehost and i never had 1 problem, so its hard to think that now they become corrupted...

Does that host tell you when files are corrupted or missing ? I don't know of any other host that does, so the question would be 'how do you know ?'
If you prefer we can go back to the 'ignorance is bliss' approach, but I see that as a backward step.

free speed 500kb not good dude....it's good for the ppd abuse..and u will not stay longer if u give service like that..so to uploader who love sharpfile please do not push them to give what u want...they need money for server cost and paid you..if u just push for ur benefit only that's not good dude...at least tried to make sales. sorry for my words. if u not like it and u are a selfish uploader who think only about your problem not the one who paid you.
