download is terrible..... and upload is just as bad......

tons of pm's from users in forums saying they can't download anything cause the speeds are so bad...... they just prefer to look elsewhere for alternative hosts.

well early in the morning it was possible to upload or download with normal speed, in the daytime its hard to get a single upload link, download is very slow, but still possible here (40-100 KB/s for registered user)

but i cannot upload anything for hours, keep getting I/O errors via flash upload...
