Are downloads counted per unique user for all files or per unique user per file?

Per unique user per file.

As for adding various payment methods - I'll pass it along but I doubt anything will happen before the new site launches as all the focus right now is on getting that done, but I will bring it up

Yea, we are working on it. Also Liberty Reserve is one of the payment options we are working on adding when new site is ready

Stats are working perfectly for me, either you files aren't receiving full downloads or your visitors are coming from crappy countries. I made about $35 from them today.
