The "Charlie" server has been down all last night and today and now we have found out its BAD hardware so we are now transferring all data to another server for backup then we are staring a new server and putting ALL charlie files on the new server so no ONE loses there files. So its taking a COUPLE days to finish this process.......

It would be much easier for me to just erase all the files and open new server but I don't want you guys to lose your files permanently,(I know you would kill me ) and yes all links that have been made for charlie should still work with new server..

Guys asking for FTP and other stuff, if you read this thread, in many places its mentioned we have new script becoming active later this week that will offer FTP and lots of other services.

I know this really "sucks" with server deal,and I apologize, but we are working on it, that's all I can do.

And thanks to the free advertising we got from this guy trying to take our site down we got a lot of FREE traffic this weekend we were not expecting, we also had our highest amount of signups ever!!!!! So it put some extra stress on our servers, but no worries I am investiung ALOT of $$ into all the new servers we are getting, and if premium doesn't start soon, dont worry guys, I can run site FOREVER with 0 preimuim if we have to, I dont care I dont run from fights, I either finish them, or at least I get knocked out fighting But anyway it goes....Lets continue to keep going !!

Oh and just for 100% Clarification, I want everyone to know that since July 10th, any and all files that are deleted because of DMCA notice we receive and delete the file, then the money earned from that file is deleted, it has been this way for weeks and always will be, but others seem to not know this, so I wanted to make a public statement of the truth.

Also we strictly adhere 100% to all DMCA notice policies, we take down all files related to DMCA notices,not within 24 hours, but shorter, usually within just a couple hours. but 12 hours at the maximum.

i remember that the best reward system i ever saw was rapidshare gadgets and tech. stuff. You could do the same!

So thanks but no for me, I won't use sharpfile anymore.

We'll see in the future but I think Sharp is going to be out of there.
