it's only a new script, not new design.

and besides, current admin already changed the design. the current design wasn't here before the new admin.

At the moment it's 100k unregistered and 200k registered

For now we will be using the same template/skin - to be honest it's been enough work to get the script ready and I doubt that further delay would go down too well
