He is giving unmetered connection on sp servers. Same goes for Kimsufi. ( Same for ovh but i guess he removed ovh plans from his site.)

When you buy server from ovh.com, you get unmetered bandwidth but internet to ovh 1gbps while ovh to internet 200mbps ( It even gets shared depending upon number of server he sells)

While on other ovh site (including .ie) its ovh to internet 1gbps. Bandwidth is unmetered but speed gets limited after certain limit. Have a look:

He is saying he wants to buy this server, but can't buy in canada, then asked for an offer from a reseller, where you did not understand?
He just gave this link as an example, he just wants this server, not demanding that it be purchased in ovh.com
