OVH Dedicated Servers

Hello,

As you know OVH doesn't allow everyone to buy their servers directly.

So I have a friend in UK and if I ask him to buy the server and give it to me will this be considered as "not allowed" by OVH?

What I mean by "give it to me" is give everything-server, Control Panel logins, OVH site logins etc.. So after that the logins IPs will be mine, not my friend UK one.

Is this allowed?

I think you didnt understand what I was trying to say.

I tell my friend in UK to buy the server under his name and give everything to me. So as the buyer IP will be from UK and IP of the one who's using the server (me) will be different will there be a problem?

Yes its allowed , you can login from any IP in the world . They wont block you for the same .

I do exactly what your friend is offering to do for you for others.

With OVH you can also assign different people different roles with your server, for example I can make you billing or admin which would then give your OVH username certain rights over the server.

So yeah sure your friend can do
