Hi,
i want to buy a server that is not located in the European Union or USA..
i need the server for a few service.

Mail
Shoutcast and Icecast
Airtime ->http://www.sourcefabric.org/en/airtime/ (i need the soundcard for this programm)
podcast
my budget is ~100$ / month
of course the server needs to be "offshore", and the seller does not have to worry about DMCA
the server must have at least
HDD 100GB
Bandwidth 50 mbps (Unmetered)
RAM 2GB DDR2
