which filehosts are still paying for PPS?

i worked on filesonic. After that gone, started extabit, but recently a lot of filehosts including extabit have faced problem with paypal.

now i cannot take any decission, which will be my next destination?

I just want to know which filehosts are still paying for PPS?

Say knowing the latest condition such as u or ur friend have paid within 2-3 day.

At fileuplo.de we still have a PPS program, we also have a mix of PPS and PPD.
