Who is doing SEO for KWWHunction?

Hello,
I am wondering who is doing SEO for KWWHunction? KWWHunction's PR is 3 for long time. From my experience I come to know that PR can be traffic wise or Inbound link wise. I think KWWHunction got PR 3 mostly traffic wise. Huge traffic here.

No it's not. I do suggest things that should be done from time to time which would help the site (most of which are never implemented) but I don't directly do any SEO for KWWH.

KWWH's traffic in general is falling over the last couple of months and a page rank is a poor way of measuring a site as it's being phased out.

Nobody, they don't care about the traffic. Only traffic that is on KWWH is from uploaders, filehost owners. As Happy says, the traffic went down, true! If they want more traffic, they should focus on "webmaster stuff" not filehosts and DDL's.

From my opinion (as i see in lots of webs), traffic does not determine the PR, but the content is, if you had lots of traffic then your Alexa is improving (aka decreasing), I had see many sites that had more than 1 or 2 Millions Alexa rank, which i assume the traffic is not so high, but they have good Google PR cause of the content is awesome and posted alot.

To xeniux, website traffic counts for PR. Nobody is doing SEO for KWWHunction but still it's having PR 3. Inner pages are getting good PR time to time without any SEO, so this is traffic based PR. You can get Good PR by link building or via massive traffic.

There are so many individual blogs and ddls link back to KWWHunction
for example my signature blog and linkbox ddl
So PR is not due to traffic , it is due to link backs

PR is calculated based on the inbound links and those links should be passing the PR juice (Dofollow)
