So PR is not due to traffic , it is due to link backs

From my experience I come to know that PR can be traffic wise or Inbound link wise. I think KWWHunction got PR 3 mostly traffic wise. Huge traffic here. :D Rating: 5

PR is calculated based on the inbound links and those links should be passing the PR juice (Dofollow)
