I don't want to be rude or anything like that, but YOUR VPS was sending out UDP floods towards other sites and pushed around 80TB of DDoS traffic. It was one of the reason why SoftLayer complained and why you were shifted to NL Nodes. Main reason why I shifted you to unmetered Node was because you pushed loads of TBs on the USA Node. Premium traffic is expensive and I don't think you would want to cover 10eur * 80TB on premium network, hence you were placed on unmetered package.

You do realize you pushed way over your bandwidth allocation on USA Node, and we were kind enough NOT to bill you for bandwidth overusage, right?

Unmetered Nodes come with RAID0 as those packages were advertised only on KWWH for uploading purposes. Otherwise we would have to offer 2 times less disk space which wouldn't be a good choice for uploaders.

1) While we had issues with DDoS, we invested piles of money and survived those hard times. As opposite to withdrawing all of money from our accounts and running away like most of other KWWH hosts already did, or would do.

2) We have NEVER, ever, got hacked. Only *your* VPS got hacked due to *your* extremely weak password(brute-force). Let me remind you one of our whole /26 got blacklisted because of your WordPress spreading malware. After all we did the extra mile for you and reinstalled your WordPress and removed malware codes. It is not something what our support normally includes.

3) Hard-drives failures do happen. We do NOT advertise RAID10 on unmetered Nodes as it's supposed to be used only by uploaders(as explained somewhere above) who need more disk space. There were 4 VPS in total on that drive. If your data so valuable for you why didn't you have your backups? Exactly as stated in our terms of service, although we NEVER lost any data on packages where we advertise RAID10, our backups are not guaranteed. As a 2-year customer I hoped you already took the chance to read the TOS.

4) Your 33 tickets were replied and you are one of top 10 clients by opened support tickets. Only some examples of what we did for you:
- Optimized your VPS multiple times.
- Removed malware from your WordPress.
- Giving you extra time to make the payment.
- Paid your bandwidth overusage bill, back on USA Node.

I have no idea why you are complaining after everything we did for you. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused but I also hope you can finally realize we did more that any other hosting company would do for you.
